I love snow. I love how it transforms the bleakness that follows the brilliance of autumn. I love how it squeaks underfoot, how it makes cheeks rosy, how fresh snow reveals what critters have been around and what way they have gone. Unlike summer, it’s weather we can dress for!
I’m happy to dust off the car while the fellow starts the engine and warms up the car. Exercising in the cold burns more calories, so more hot chocolate and bread with soups that are so delicious on cold winter days!
